Billing questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits remain on your account as long as it is active.
Am I charged for failed requests?
No. Empty or failed LLM responses are free, and image/video credits are refunded automatically when a job fails.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Checkout is handled by Polar, who also issues your invoice and handles tax.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy for details.
